COVID-19 is top of mind for many of us and your feelings about it have likely intensified over the last several weeks. While we don’t want to add to creating additional anxiety around what is happening, we thought it would be a good time to think about ways to look at your relationship and do things that can help to nurture it.
Like COVID-19, there will always be outside, external forces that we can’t control that will come along that will challenge the fabric and framework of your relationship. It’s important to find ways to use factors outside of your relationship to keep it nourished, thriving, and healthy.
