As you near the holidays and approach the end of the year, there is probably a lot going through your mind. There is happiness and the joy of being with your family and loved ones.Preparing for the festivities, planning out what to get for your family and loved ones along with preparation of the next year can be tough on anyone. I saw this quote on Instagram and thought it was a great reminder. “Tonight know whatever you are going through God has already figured out for you. He’s got your solution. Get some rest….”
Sometimes it is easy for you to get stuck in the future, the what if’s and the why not’s. But, this is really a waste of your time and mental energy because we only have the ‘What Now?’ which is so omnipresent in your life.
Don’t try to figure it all out because you can’t. Sometimes you cannot see the whole picture and this is when you have to place trust in your faith, spirituality or higher purpose. There have been times when I have wanted to give up, stop and step back, but when I tried to there has always been a sign or several signs that I needed to keep moving forward. No matter what you are struggling with I.e. a broken heart, bad health, family challenges, a frustrating job, a stalled business venture, depression, etc. have faith that you will be OK. Sometimes you just have to believe in something outside of yourself to make things happen. Stay strong, let go of trying to figure it all out and have faith that things will get better. They generally do!
